The specification set starts with Division 0 to Division 16 Electrical. Division 0 includes, Instruction to Bidders section 00100, Supplementary General Conditions 00800, Summary of the work 01010, Protection 01400, Layout of the Work 01500, Project operations 01100, Submittals 01300, Temporary Facilities 01500, ect.
Division 16 includes the ADA pull station required in the bathrooms, horn and strobe outside the front door.
Other divisions include the entrance door peeps, door knockers, apartment door signs, apartment building signs ECT.

The specification is HUD approved, Ohio Housing Finance Agency approved and the City of Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority project approved. All references to HUD funding have been removed for the 2014 apartment project.
The specification was written in 2008 for New and Renovation Senior Housing Projects that are funded thru HUD and other Government Funding Agencies. This specification was up dated in March 2014 to comply with the Ohio Building Code (OBC 2009) and the International Building Code 2011 for multifamily housing projects. The March 2014 updated specification was revised for a $16 million dollar 270 apartment, three building project, plus a Community Building new apartment complex that construction will start in May or June of 2014 in Columbus, Ohio.
The specification has been used by the original customer for the past 6 years on many projects. This customer is nonprofit company that for the past 25 years provides Tax Credit Housing for low income people in a three state area.
